The Mac Tools SmartEAR1 Sound & Vibration Detection app has been designed to assist service technicians in diagnosing defective or worn parts across various applications, including automobiles, heavy machinery, and industrial equipment. The challenge of identifying issues caused by vibration, rattles, squeaks, and grinding sounds can significantly complicate repair tasks. This app facilitates more precise detection and analysis of such problems.

When paired with specially designed hardware kits, this application transforms a smartphone into a sophisticated Sound & Vibration Detection tool, streamlining the process of pinpointing troublesome areas in machinery.

<li>Customizable settings for background sound offsetting, sample rates, and decibel offsets.</li>
<li>Reset/Refresh buttons to restore values to default settings.</li>
<li>Comprehensive user guide containing information on sound perception, permissible noise level exposure, and a sound level comparison reference chart.</li>
